Marriage Licenses in Panola County

Both applicants must appear in person at the Panola County Clerk's office to get a marriage license. You need valid photo ID and your Social Security number. The standard fee is $81.00. If you complete an approved premarital education course through the Twogether in Texas program, the fee drops to $21.00. That is a $60 savings and you also get the 72-hour waiting period waived.
